Recruitment Fields
* Pre- and post-painting line work, injection molding, and finishing
* Product inspection and production-related duties
* Duties may be assigned flexibly depending on site conditions. Working Conditions
Working Hours: Painting & Inspection (Day Shift): 08:00–17:30 (2 hours overtime)
Injection Molding (Day/Night Shift): 08:00–20:00, 20:00–08:00)
Work Schedule: Full-time and assigned duties are flexible depending on site conditions.
Payday: 15th of every month
Annual/Monthly Leave: Paid
Paying Allowance: Paid
Severance Pay: Paid
Transportation Allowance: Transportation expenses supported for those able to commute by personal vehicle (Shuttle service available from Hyangnam)
Qualifications
Holders of a visa allowing legal employment
Those willing to work diligently and responsibly
Those capable of performing production tasks such as injection molding, painting, and assembly
Preference given to those able to commute by personal vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive parts production
Experience in injection molding (3+ years of experience) or painting line work
Experience in assembly and inspection
Ability to work long-term
