# Job Description: Light fixture manufacturing, PVC molding, soldering, wire cutting, terminal assembly, etc.
# Working Hours: 09:00–18:00, 5 days a week (Standing)
* Probation (Contract): 1 month
--Hourly Wage: 10,500 KRW
--Enrollment in 4 major insurances after 1 month probation (Regular employee hiring)
* Overtime: Weekdays 1.5 times the rate (optional) - Paid on the same day
Holidays & National Holidays: 2 times the rate - Paid on the same day (optional)
* Future Salary Increase: Individual separate (5–15% increase annually)
* Benefits: 4 major insurances / Weekly holiday allowance / Position allowance / Severance pay
* Bonus: Basic 300,000 KRW paid for Lunar New Year / Vacation / Chuseok / Year-end (Note: Limited to employees who have worked for 3 months or more)
For those who have worked for 6 months or more: Annual 200% (Paid 4 times, 50% of base salary each for Lunar New Year/Vacation/Chuseok/Year-end)
* Age: 30–under 40 (F-2, 4, 5, 6). Preference given to ethnic Koreans from China.

* Lunch Break: 12:00–1:00 PM / Break Time: 3:00 PM–3:20 PM
* Number of Staff: 2
* Workplace: 91-8, Wangnim-ri, Bongdam-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do
* Part-time work available at current location (Female): (Performance-based / Quantity / Working hours: Flexible. Mon–Fri) Lunch provided.
--Part-time work (Female): Preference given to those who only do soldering/terminal assembly (Paid every Monday). Flexible working hours.
* Hiring: Factory inspection followed by interview - Decision based on individual preference (Bring resume. Attach photo).
****No transportation available for commuting, so residents in the vicinity are preferred.
****Get off at bus stop: On foot 5 ~ 10 minutes
