A. Main Duties
- Operation and management of community resources and organization projects
- Operation of senior social participation support projects (Silver Clubs)
- External support projects, etc.
B. Essential Requirements
① Holder of a Social Worker license

B. Salary
① Basic Salary: Based on the 2026 Ministry of Health and Welfare Guidelines for Personnel Costs of Social Welfare Facility Employees and Gwangmyeong City Budgeting Guidelines for Social Welfare Facility Employees
② Holiday Allowance: Once a year (Lunar New Year), 60% of the basic salary
③ Family Allowance: Paid according to the number of dependents
(Spouse 40,000 KRW, First child 50,000 KRW, Second child 80,000 KRW, Third and subsequent children 120,000 KRW)
④ Meal Allowance: 140,000 KRW per month
⑤ Employee Allowances
- Gyeonggi-do Social Welfare Facility Employee Treatment Improvement Allowance (25th of every month, 50,000 KRW per month) - Gyeonggi-do Special Duty Allowance (Announced on the 25th of every month; 100,000 KRW/month for less than 5 years of service / 150,000 KRW/month for 5 years or more)
- Gyeonggi-do Well-being Subsidy for Employees of Social Welfare Facilities, etc. (Announced on the 25th of every month; 20,000 KRW/month)
