[Job Description]
We are a specialized food company manufacturing and processing food ingredients using garlic, onions, ginger, and various agricultural products.
We are hiring a HACCP Quality Control and Agricultural Product Procurement Manager to ensure stable quality control at our factory and to competitively secure high-quality raw materials.
This role involves not just managing simple HACCP documentation, but also understanding the production site and managing the quality, price, and origin information of the agricultural raw materials actually used. **Key Responsibilities**
1. HACCP and Quality Control
- Operation and management of HACCP in food factories
- Preparation of HACCP-related documents and record keeping
- Management of Critical Control Points (CCPs) and prerequisites
- Quality control of raw materials and finished products
- Identification of causes and improvement management in case of production or quality-related issues
- Other quality control tasks, etc.
2. Procurement of Agricultural Products from Producers
- Investigation of domestic agricultural producers and suppliers
- Identification of new sources including farms, local distributors, agricultural cooperatives, and wholesale markets
- Investigation of agricultural market prices and crop conditions
- Comparison of raw material quality and purchase prices
- Visits to production sites and verification of raw material quality
- Other procurement tasks, etc.
**Qualifications**
- No educational requirements
- Entry-level or experienced candidates welcome
- Driver's license required
- Ability to travel to domestic production sites
- Proficiency in Excel and basic document preparation
- Ability to communicate effectively with the production site
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in food factory HACCP management
- Experience in food quality control (QC/QA) Experienced Candidates
- Majors in food-related fields
- Experience in purchasing agricultural products or raw materials
- Experience working at Nonghyup, agricultural product distributors, or food ingredient suppliers
- Experience working in agricultural production areas or wholesale markets
- Experience in food manufacturing sites
**Working Conditions**
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Work Location: Pocheon, Gyeonggi-do
- Salary: 2.8 million KRW plus performance bonuses (negotiable)
- Probationary Period: According to company regulations
- Business Trips: Domestic business trips conducted as needed
- Vehicle: Company vehicles provided, and 100% reimbursement for personal vehicle usage
