Main Duties
Overall management of the factory building and facilities (Gross floor area 5,600 pyeong)
Management of lease agreements for factory tenants and handling complaints
Inspection of major factory equipment such as electricity, fire safety, gas, and water/sewer systems, as well as building maintenance
Tasks related to various statutory inspections and qualification appointments
Preparation of various reports and office administration
Service provider Management

Able to hold various facility-related qualifications
Able to perform asset management duties for a scale of 5,000 pyeong or more
