Recruiting Nursing Home Facility Manager ( 1 person)
Freesia Nursing Home, scheduled to open in January 2027, is a medium-to-large-sized nursing home with 96 beds located in Daeso-eup, Eumseong-gun, Chungbuk.
It aims to be the highest-quality premium facility in Chungbuk.

[Job Responsibilities]
ㆍPreparation for the opening of a new 96-bed nursing home and initial operational setup
ㆍOverall management of residents and care services
ㆍRecruitment and organizational management of facility staff (nurses, care assistants, social workers, etc.)
ㆍManagement of National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) evaluations, fee billing, and administrative tasks
ㆍWork with local government offices (Eumseong County Office) and external cooperation

ㆍMeeting the qualification requirements for a facility director under the Senior Welfare Act
ㆍHolder of a Level 1 or 2 Social Worker license

ㆍExperience: 2+ years of experience
[Preferred Qualifications]
ㆍAt least 3 years of experience as a facility director for a medium to large-sized nursing home with 70 or more beds
ㆍExperience in opening (setting up) a new nursing home and initial stabilization
ㆍNHIS evaluation Candidates with experience taking the highest-grade (Grade A) exam
• Residents of Eumseong-gun or nearby areas, or those with a relevant network
