[Masonry Works] Hiring for Construction Estimation Department (Responsible for quantity calculation, estimation, and bill of materials)
📋 Responsibilities
1. Management of Estimation Details
- Identifying construction scope and calculating quantities by work type through drawing analysis
- Preparing and reviewing bills of materials based on site construction conditions
- Calculating and reviewing unit prices by comparing unit price databases, similar sites, and subcontractor estimates
2. Site Briefing and Bid Management
- Attendance at site briefings and management of submitted data
- Quantity calculation and preparation of bills of materials for bidding
- Review of comparative estimates by work type and final bidding process

📋 Qualifications
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient in CAD software
• Able to perform tasks based on accurate numerical management and a strong sense of responsibility
