[Job Description]
- Main Duties
• Manage administrative documents for government-funded construction projects
• Review bills of quantities / Calculate quantities / Design changes (Status reports)
• Handle execution budgets, progress payments, and settlements
• Perform liaison work with the client and supervisory authority
• Support contracts and settlements with partner companies
• Collect and manage schedule, quality, and safety data
- Qualifications
• Experience in practical administrative work for government-funded construction projects
• Ability to process progress and final settlements
• Prepare documents for government consultations Experienced
• Able to review drawings and bills of materials
• Excellent at collaborating with relevant on-site departments
- Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Construction Management (CM) sites acting as a supervisory authority
• Familiar with government-funded construction contract regulations (e.g., General Conditions of Construction Contracts)
• Experience in handling design changes or quantity fluctuations
• Experience with subcontracting contracts and settlements
• Proficient in document tools such as Excel and CAD
