Bokdaengi Home Care Welfare Center is committed to improving the working conditions of our care assistants.
[Working Conditions]
· 4 hours per day: (Morning) 11:00 AM ~ (Afternoon) 3:30 PM (Including 30-minute break)
· For Grade 1 seniors, additional work may be required up to 8 times per month, for a maximum of 4 hours.
· Closed on Sundays and public holidays
· Monday ~ Saturday (6 days a week) Job Duties
[Salary and Benefits]
· Hourly Wage: 14,000 KRW (Comprehensive Hourly Wage System)
· Severity Allowance: 6,000 KRW per day
※ Net pay per day: 4 hours (56,000 KRW) + Severity Allowance (6,000 KRW) = Total 62,000 KRW
[Main Duties]
· Care for a Grade 1 bedridden elderly gentleman residing in Songuri, Pocheon-si
· Focus on physical activity support, such as diaper care and position changes to prevent bedsores
