[Job Description]
Main Duties
• Export shipment booking and shipment schedule management
• Management of the overall vehicle shipment process
• Preparation and management of export shipment documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
• Settlement and closing of related expenses
• Business communication and collaboration with overseas branches
Qualifications
• No experience required (Entry-level applicants welcome)
• University graduate (2-3 years) or higher Applicants with prior experience are eligible.
• No disqualifications for overseas travel.
Preferred Qualifications
• Skills: Experience in the relevant role, intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, driver's license required.
• Ability to handle correspondence in English.
• Experience working in a used car or freight forwarding environment.
• Holder of trade-related certifications.
Working Conditions
• Employment Type: Permanent (3-month probationary period).
• Salary: Annual salary 38,000,000 ~ 40,000,000 KRW.
• Workplace: Jungbu Automobile Sales Complex, 1198-29 Cheonan-daero, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungnam.
• Working Days/Hours: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) 09:00~19:00.
