HCM Co., Ltd. is a "Small Giant" selected by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
Our main business is the operation of semiconductor chemical supply systems and Chemical Charge.
As a group company of Hanyang Engineering Co., Ltd., we are one of the group's companies with annual sales exceeding 1 trillion KRW.
As a standalone company, we have annual sales of over 60 billion KRW and approximately 800 employees.
We are currently recruiting staff for the Samsung Electronics Operations Division in Giheung, Hwaseong, Pyeongtaek, and Cheonan. Wearing a full-body protective suit is mandatory during work, but it is not required for continuous use. Instead, you standby in regular clothing; upon the "Empty" alarm, you put on the suit, recharge, and then return to your regular attire.
While some may have a fear of chemicals, you can work safely thanks to our robust processes and systems.
The work schedule and salary structure are a 4-team, 3-shift system with 6 days of work followed by 2 days off. The schedule is 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00. The hourly wage is 10,940 KRW. Overtime (*1.5) and night shift (*0.5) allowances are provided. If you work exactly 8 hours per shift (6 days, 2 days off) as described above, you will receive approximately 2.6 million KRW per month.
In addition, there is a separate company performance bonus paid based on results (though payment may be withheld depending on performance). This bonus has been paid annually since the company's founding. Furthermore, if operations are performed without any safety accidents, you may receive an environmental safety incentive from the client company based on an evaluation. Dormitory accommodations are provided, and commuter buses are available via Samsung Electronics' commuter vehicles, covering most of the surrounding areas. [Working Hours]
