[Key Responsibilities]
- Establishment and management of automotive injection molded product production plans
- Improvement and optimization of production process efficiency
- Quality control and defect management
- Production team management and enhancement of teamwork
- Identification and application of technological trends related to automotive injection molded products
[Working Hours]
