Main Duties
• Hanwoo Processing
• Rib Processing - Production of rib meat from paired rib products (Bone separation and fat removal from paired ribs, packaging)
• Vacuum Packaging (Shrink film packaging followed by insertion into vacuum packaging machine, defect assessment and management)
• By-product Packaging (Packaging of Hanwoo by-products and labeling)
• Expected to join the Production Team
