[Job Description]
○ Recruitment of Public Service Worker for the 5th Infantry Division (Military Accommodation Manager)
- Scope of Work: Facility maintenance field (Boiler, Mechanical, Electrical): Management and repair of facilities within military accommodations (Civil engineering, mechanical equipment, electrical, boilers, HVAC, etc.)
- Workplace: Cheongsan-myeon, Yeoncheon-gun
- Preferred Qualifications
A. Persons meeting one or more of the following criteria:
1) Holders of mechanical equipment-related certifications (e.g., Pipefitting Craftsman, Gas Craftsman, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Craftsman, etc.)
2) Holders of architecture or civil engineering-related certifications (e.g., Architecture Craftsman, Architecture Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineering Craftsman, etc.)
3) Holders of comprehensive maintenance certifications (e.g., Facility Management Industrial Engineer, Building Equipment Manager, etc.)
4) Holders of electrical-related certifications (e.g., Electrician Craftsman)
5) Holders of firefighting-related certifications (e.g., Fire Safety Manager Grade 3)

B. Persons with at least 2 years of practical experience in facility maintenance fields such as electricity, water supply, and architecture.
C. Employment contract to be concluded based on the results of the probationary period (3 months) evaluation.
※ The contract may be terminated if continued employment is difficult during the probationary period (3 months) due to insufficient job performance, poor attitude towards work, or misconduct constituting grounds for severe disciplinary action.
- Working Hours: 5 days a week, 08:30–17:30 (Break time 12:00–13:00)
- Salary Conditions: Monthly salary 3,022,430 KRW (Bonus separate: 3,434,900 KRW / 1,717,450 KRW per payment, twice a year)
