- Providing care with the highest priority on children's safety
- Conducting educational programs to support children's physical, mental, and social development
- Providing guidance and assistance to children in daily life activities such as play, learning, and meals
- Regularly observing and recording children's behavior and development
- Sharing children's situations and educational progress through communication with parents
