1. Packaging Sales Team (Domestic) 1 person
- Duties: Sales and marketing of cosmetic containers/packaging materials
Identifying new customers and managing existing ones
Analyzing market trends
Analyzing customer requirements and making customized proposals
Coordinating product delivery schedules in collaboration with the production department
Responding to quality issues and incorporating improvements
Participating in the product development process and managing samples
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the cosmetic packaging industry or sales preferred
Experience in manufacturing or related industries (injection molding/mold making) preferred
Proficiency in English or other foreign languages
2. Overseas Business Team (Americas/Japan (Asia)) 1 person
- Duties: Sales and business support for overseas (Americas or Japan) clients
Preparing product quotes and handling samples
Analyzing overseas market sales and trends
Planning overseas sales strategies
- Preferred Qualifications: Holders of certified English/Japanese language test scores and licenses
No disqualifications for overseas travel, such as business trips or participation in exhibitions
Experience in overseas sales for manufacturing companies preferred
3. Finance & Accounting Team 1 person
- Duties: Fund management, cash disbursement management
Assistance with accounting audits Assisting with financial accounting tasks, etc.
- Preferred: Holders of Computerized Accounting / Computerized Tax certifications
Preference given to candidates with excellent skills in statistical analysis, document creation, and PPT presentation creation
4. Quality Management Team (1 person)
- Duties: Quality control, quality assurance, process management, etc.
Process inspection, shipment inspection, visual inspection
Analysis of quality defects and response to customer quality issues
Management of certifications such as ISO / KC
- Preferred: Experience in production management, performance indicator management, cost management, and production planning management at a manufacturing company
Experience in the injection molding industry
Experience with ERP and progress management (performance management by equipment, progress management)
5. Designer (Visual / Product) (1 person)
- Duties: Design trends, market / consumer analysis
Development of cosmetic containers and beauty products
Design-related work such as graphic print materials
Support for in-house design and exhibitions, etc.
- Preferred: Candidates with a design major
Excellent proficiency in 3D modeling & rendering
Excellent proficiency in 2D programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
