📋 Recruitment Notice for Living Welfare Worker at Jinyeong Regional Child Center, "Together Drawing Dreams" (Inc.)
1. Legal Eligibility Requirements (Based on the Enforcement Decree of the Child Welfare Act)
In accordance with the Child Welfare Act, a Living Welfare Worker must possess at least one of the following qualifications. (Only applicants holding at least one of the following certifications are eligible to apply)
✔ Holder of Level 2 or higher Social Worker certification
✔ Holder of Kindergarten, Elementary, or Secondary School Teacher certification
✔ Holder of Level 1 Childcare Teacher certification
2. Main Duties
You will be responsible for core operational duties, including supporting the healthy growth of children using the center.
① Child Protection and Life Guidance: Child attendance management, safety management, hygiene guidance, and guidance for returning home
② Education and Program Operation: Academic guidance (improvement of basic academic skills), planning and execution of special talent and aptitude programs
③ Emotional Support: Child counseling and sharing of concerns, guidance on fostering sound character
④ Administration and Operation Management: Center administrative tasks, program log writing, subsidy settlement support, meal management, etc.
3. Preferred Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements (Optional)
① Experience Preference: Preference given to those with work experience at community child centers, child welfare facilities, or social welfare facilities
② Driver's License: Preference given to those capable of actual driving (if operation of a Carnival vehicle is required)
③ Other: Individuals with a warm heart that loves children and communication skills; individuals who have no disqualifying factors upon criminal background check and health examination
4. Working Conditions
① Employment Type: Permanent Employee (3-month probationary period)
② Working Hours: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday, every other Saturday), based on 40 hours per week
- During the semester: 10:00 ~ 19:00 (including break time)
- During school holidays: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (including break time)
(Flexible working hours may apply depending on center operations)
5. Salary Conditions: Complies with the Ministry of Health and Welfare's guidelines on personnel costs for employees of community child centers (Negotiable after interview)
