[Job Description]
1. Eligibility
1) Persons holding a Level 2 or higher Social Worker qualification under the Social Welfare Services Act
2) Persons holding a Kindergarten, Elementary, or Secondary School Teacher qualification
3) Persons holding a Level 1 Childcare Teacher qualification under the Infant and Toddler Care Act
- Persons who do not fall under any of the following disqualification criteria
Persons who do not fall under the disqualification criteria for employees of social welfare facilities pursuant to the Social Welfare Services Act (Article 35-2 of the Act) Paragraph 2)
Applicants capable of submitting a pre-employment medical examination report (checking for mental illness or drug addiction, and whether latent tuberculosis testing has been conducted).
Applicants with no disqualifying factors upon background check for child abuse, abuse of persons with disabilities, or sexual violence crimes.
*If disqualifying factors are found, acceptance and employment will be cancelled.
2. Preference given to experienced candidates and licensed drivers (capable of actual driving).
3. Working Hours: During semesters (10:00–19:00), during vacations (9:00–18:00).

- Community Welfare Worker at a local children's center
- Elementary student learning guidance, administrative duties, program operation, child counseling, meal supervision, safety supervision, etc.
5. Salary
- Based on the 2026 social welfare facility employee personnel cost scale (Level 1 starts from 2,312,800 KRW).
6. Selection Process: Final acceptance is determined by a 2nd round interview from successful candidates selected through the 1st round document screening.
