Our organization provides 1:1 and group-type daytime care services for individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will work as a team member assisting with various activities to improve the quality of life and support the growth of individuals with developmental disabilities.
[Main Duties]
- Providing customized care services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Conducting daytime group activities and 1:1 counseling
- Establishing and managing activity plans
- Creating and managing care records
- Improving service quality through teamwork
[Working Hours]
Weekdays: (Morning) 9:00 AM ~ (Afternoon) 6:00 PM, 5-day workweek, Average working hours: 40
