Our organization supports various social activities for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a social worker who contributes to improving the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities through diverse social welfare activities.
[Main Duties]
- Operation of various activity programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Provision of customized support tailored to the individual characteristics of persons with disabilities
- Mentoring and encouragement to enhance the social adaptability of activity participants
- Understanding and application of social welfare laws and policies
- Communication and information sharing with partner organizations and families

Weekdays: (Working Hours) 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5-day workweek, Average working hours: 40
