Machining Center (MCT) Operator, H-MCT, Horizontal Machining Center, Boring Machine Operation, and Shipbuilding Turbine Machining
[Job Introduction]
Our company establishes and operates advanced manufacturing systems, and we are recruiting talented individuals with the expertise required for the operation and management of machining center equipment. This role involves performing precise operation and setting tasks to ensure the stable operation of H-MCT, boring machines, and MCT equipment. [Main Duties]
- Operation and setup for the safe and efficient operation of H - MCT / Boring Machines / MCT Machining Centers
- Prompt response and resolution of issues arising during the product manufacturing process
- Work logging and report writing
- Performance of other related tasks
We are a company located in Palyong-dong, Changwon, and are a Tier 1 supplier to Hyundai Heavy Industries (Due to a planned business relocation, you will be working at the new site (27, Changwon-daero 204beon-gil, Uichang-gu, Changwon-si) after hiring).
Although the team is small, the workload is not light.
We are recruiting employees who will work responsibly and cooperate with one another, as product processing takes a long time.
Applicants must be capable of reading and writing basic programs.
Preference will be given to employees who can handle measurements or resolve issues when they arise.
Work is day shift only.
Since the items to be produced monthly are fixed,
we are recruiting someone capable of handling production volume (significant individual differences depending on preparation and mid-process checks for products measuring 1600*1200) (processing takes a long time).

[Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications]
Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in operating and managing H-MCT equipment
- Experience in operating and managing boring machines preferred
- Proficiency in programming preferred
- Ability to interpret blueprints preferred
- Understanding of metalworking and horizontal machining processes
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Compliance with safety work regulations and procedures
- Fast learning ability and problem-solving skills
