Interior Designer / Interior Architecture Designer (Experienced)
We are recruiting an experienced interior designer to assist with general construction and interior design projects, handling everything from design and estimation to site management.
[Key Duties]
- Drawing and 3D work using SketchUp and CAD
- On-site measurement and spatial planning
- Interior estimation and quantity calculation
- Selection, ordering, and preparation of finishing materials and supplies
- Management of construction site progress and quality control
- Coordination of subcontractors and site schedules
- Identification and response to on-site issues
- Creation and management of basic interior-related documents
[Qualifications]
- Experienced in interior design or interior architecture
- Proficient in CAD and SketchUp
- Capable of on-site measurement and field work
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Entry-level Technician or higher in the architecture field from the Korea Association of Construction Engineers
- Majors in interior architecture, architecture, or interior design
- Experienced in work ranging from interior design to construction management
- Capable of estimation and quantity calculation
- Holders of relevant certifications
(e.g., Craftsman Painting, Craftsman Computer-Aided Architectural Drafting, Craftsman/Industrial Technician/Engineer of Interior Architecture, etc.)
- Driver's license
