[Job Description]
The Eland Park Service Intern role involves performing customer interaction and service operation tasks at hotel and resort sites.
■ Front Desk (Guest Rooms)
Check-in, check-out, and guest guidance
Response to customer inquiries and complaints
Provision of smooth guest room services through collaboration with relevant departments
■ F&B (Food & Beverage)
Services for hotel restaurants, buffets, banquet halls, and cafes
Guidance and provision of food and beverage services
Support for business operations and hygiene management
■ Job Operations and Placement After Conversion to Permanent Position
During the internship period, you will experience both Front Desk and F&B roles.
Upon conversion to a permanent position after the internship ends,
You will be placed in the role you desire and that is more suitable, based on the aptitudes identified during the internship.
■ Required Competencies
A customer-centric service attitude, effective communication skills, responsiveness to on-site situations, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and relevant departments are required.
■ Summary of Work Locations and Assignment Methods
- Work Locations: 4 branches in the Gangwon region, including Kensington Hotel Pyeongchang & Seorak, and Kensington Resort Seorak Valley & Seorak Beach
- Initial Assignment: Preferred branches are reflected as much as possible through interviews during introductory training
- Internship: Rotational work at 2 branches for 3 months each over a total of 6 months
- Final Hiring: Final hiring status and work location are determined following a review for conversion to regular employment after the internship ends
