* Management of construction contract, commencement, and completion documents
* Management of progress payments and settlements at construction sites
* Management of purchases and sales
* Filing of 4 major insurances and management of labor costs (using Kim Ban-jang)
* Construction administration duties
* Preparation and management of construction-related documents
* Other public and office duties
※ Preferred Qualifications: Experience in construction industry administration, and experience using KONEPS (Korea Public Procurement Service) and KISCON
