[Job Description]
Main Duties
1) Identifying the cause of leaks within units via visual inspection on-site (determining whether it is condensation or a leak, etc.)
2) Negotiating relocation housing expenses and delivering documents as necessary
3) Mobile work using personal vehicle is required as units are dispersed (**Vehicle maintenance allowance of 370,000 KRW provided in addition to salary)
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory): Holders of certifications related to building facilities
Note: An initial 3-month employment contract will be signed, followed by a contract for the remainder of the term after a performance evaluation.
