Recruitment Notice for Salt Harvesting (Salt Field Worker) (Common)
The salt artisans producing salt at Taepyeong Salt Field in Jeungdo, Sinan-gun are recruiting salt field workers who will work diligently and responsibly with them, as follows. 1. Recruitment Overview
• Recruitment Field: Simple Manual Labor (Seasonal/Fixed-term Worker)
• Number of Hires: 1 person (Varies by Salt Master)
• Job Responsibilities: Solar salt production duties (Brass management, harvesting, storage, packaging, etc.)
• Salt Field Location: 1053-11, Jidojeungdo-ro, Jeungdo-myeon, Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Taepyeong Salt Field)
2. Working Conditions
• Working Hours: 0 days per week, 00 hours per day (09:00 ~ 18:00 / Includes 1 hour break)
※ Due to the nature of the work, salt field work is an industry subject to exceptions under the Labor Standards Act regarding working hours, breaks, and holidays. (Article 63, Paragraph 2)
• Salary:
o Monthly Salary: 2.3 million KRW or more (Above the statutory minimum hourly wage, automatic transfer required)
o Annual Leave: 1 day per month during the contract period (6 days for a 6-month contract)
