[Key Responsibilities]
* Planning online educational content and new courses
* Setting the direction of course content through communication with instructors
* Analyzing target audiences for each course and planning product and sales strategies
* Managing overall projects for launching free and regular courses
* Establishing and executing course marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions
* Planning marketing content, such as product detail pages and ad creatives
* Managing course schedules and project progress
* Deriving directions for improvement through analysis of sales and marketing performance
* Operating and managing projects through collaboration with related departments
